Because of the difficulties that our sub contractors faced with meeting our quality expectations, the decision was made to install a state of the art Plywood Manufacturing Facility at our Ontario, Canada. Production commenced in July of 2000. We are currently exceeding our expectations of producing 1,000 customer specified panels per day.

With our Canadian mill running at close to 100% capacity plans for expansion were well under way. In June of 2005 a team was put together to find a location for a new facility. In August of 2005 Beaufort ,South Carolina was chosen as the location for the next Greenline custom plywood manufacturing facility. This strategic location kept us close to our existing customer base, the size of the building allowed us to put together a plywood line that had a process flow that enables us to efficiently produce panels and maintain our high standards in quality.

In January of 2006 the first hardwood panels were coming off the line. We are currently producing 700 panels per shift in our new plant. To meet the ever increasing demand for speciality laminated panels, we have also set up a complete line doing lamination of High Pressure Laminates on various core materials. This new line is set up to process over 600 panels per shift.
